Overview
The Global Manager of Search Marketing & Paid Media will serve as a hands-on, global leader for InterSystems' search marketing strategy (both paid and organic) and paid media initiatives, including LinkedIn, content syndication, sponsorships, and programmatic advertising.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader with extensive experience collaborating across teams to build, measure, benchmark, and optimize demand generation campaigns. They will play a critical role in sharing key insights and optimizations with regional teams worldwide.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement global search marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engaged website traffic, and generate qualified leads across various geographies and segments.
* Oversee and optimize SEO efforts, including keyword research, to improve organic search rankings and content strategy.
* Gather and share insights to inform SEO, bidding, budget allocation, and channel optimization, fostering continuous improvement.
* Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies like AI to keep strategies innovative.
* Lead all paid media channels from strategy to execution, analysis, and optimization, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic ads.
* Use data-driven approaches to optimize user journeys and campaign performance across targeting, messaging, landing pages, and bids.
* Provide dashboards, reports, and actionable insights to marketing teams and partners.
* Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to align search marketing with overall marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
* 8-10 years of digital marketing experience
* 5+ years managing search marketing efforts
* 5+ years managing paid media campaigns
* 3-5 years managing agency relationships
* Expertise in search marketing channels (paid & organic)
* Deep understanding of user experience and journey mapping
* Experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Surfer
* Creative problem-solving skills
* Strong analytical skills to communicate outcomes effectively
* Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders
Education and Training
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
