Join Our Team as a Mobile Domestic Services Assistant at McCarthy Stone!
* Get a £250 joining bonus and a further £250 when you pass probation.***
Location: Covering the Weston Supermare & Surrounding areas – You must have a valid UK driving licence at the point of application to be considered.
Developments: Multiple developments
Hours: Flexible Hours offered
Hourly rate: £12.24 per hour + Travel expenses covered and up to an additional £1.30 for working evening and weekend hours
Domestic Assistant Responsibilities:
* Domestic support and housekeeping, including weekly homeowner apartment cleans, laundry service and communal area cleaning
* Supporting in the Bistro or Restaurant
* Opportunity for overtime within nearby developments
* There is also the opportunity to develop your skills and train further to become a Duty Manager should you wish to.
Skills And Experience:
* A caring personality and the want to make a difference to people’s lives!
* Experience of domestic cleaning would be ideal or experience of working in a customer care or service role in a similar environment, such as health & social care, hospitality, retail, domestic services or even caring for a family member.
* Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleaning
* Considerate, patient and professional
* Clear and confident communication skills
* Be friendly and approachable
* A hardworking diligent nature and good time keeping
* Providing personalized support to residents, helping them make the most of their retirement living experience.
