We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Coordinator/Administrator to lead the day-to-day operations of clients post room. In this key role, you'll ensure efficient and secure handling of all incoming and outgoing mail, while maintaining a strong working knowledge of fulcrum dispatch systems, internal processes, and health & safety procedures. You will be the go-to person for all post room activity, offering guidance to team members and liaising with internal departments and external organisations. You'll also play a vital role in upholding site security protocols, particularly when handling sensitive or urgent deliveries. A strong understanding of site security protocols is essential, particularly when identifying and responding to suspicious packages.

A typical day in the life as a Coordinator/Administrator
9. Accurately manage goods in/out processes using the Fulcrum warehouse management system
10. Sort incoming mail and packages by person or department
11. Carry out administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and maintaining delivery records
12. Label and process all outgoing packages and parcels
13. Promote and enforce health & safety standards, including regular safety inspections and reporting hazards
14. Oversee and coordinate all daily postroom operations
15. Lead by example and support the resolution of any health & safety issues
16. Plan and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines while following Safe Systems of Work (SSOW)
17. Report unresolved quality, operational, or safety concerns to the Senior Supervisor
18. Perform X-ray and security checks on all incoming deliveries
