What You'll Be Doing:As a Operations Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our clients operations, ensuring their customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your daily tasks will include:
Picking and packing items with precision to meet daily targetsSecuring all products according to company standardsMaintaining a clean and organised workspaceAssisting with stock control and conducting inventory checksFollowing health & safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environmentCollaborating with your team to achieve deadlines and exceed expectations
What We're Looking For:While previous experience is a plus, it's not essential-our client will provide full training! Here's what we need from you:
A keen eye for detail and a positive, can-do attitudePhysical fitness and comfort with lifting and being on your feetReliability and strong communication skills as a team playerA willingness to learn and grow within our organisation
