Job Title: FLT Operatives (Counterbalance)
Location: Telford
Hours: Nights - 18:00pm to 6:00am
Pay: £13.40ph
About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated FLT Drivers for our clients site in Telford. This role is crucial to supporting the warehouse team during peak hours, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met and that exceptional customer service is maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work as part of the warehouse team to manage peak loading periods effectively
* Achieve shift KPIs while maintaining high standards of customer service
* Perform receipting, picking, packing, and loading of products
* Safely operate a range of Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
* Prioritize tasks and work accurately to manage workload
* Apply safe storage and transport methods for all products
Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong ability to work precisely and prioritize independently
* Familiarity with safe product storage and handling practices
* Prior experience in a warehouse environment is beneficial; MHE experience is a plus
