Purpose of the role
We are looking for someone who is attentive, reliable, full of energy, approachable, punctual with extensive knowledge of fashion and trends of the season and confident in engaging and styling customers.
Responsibilities
* The Sales Assistant will welcome and assist customers throughout the entire sales process, describing the product, and delivering the highest customer experience.
* Support the store management in building a store environment that nurtures creativity and employee development.
* Customer experience: act as a great brand ambassador and embrace the brand Selling Ceremony; provide an amazing in-store experience using the Optometrist’s recommendations to build product solutions.
* Performance: achieve monthly targets and personal KPIs; build customer loyalty and manage customer relationships; stay knowledgeable about the collection and brand iconic pieces.
* Operations: operate till system, process payments; manage inventory; follow company policy and keep shop floor and stock rooms clean and organized; process deliveries and transfers; support VM guideline implementation.
* Optics: perform technical tasks in-store, ensure safe eyewear supply, ordering, verification, glasses collections and adjustments; use the Smart Mirror 4 application and iPad-based customer journey.

Salary: £25,400.00 per year pro rata + monthly bonus
