Job: Emotional Health & Wellbeing Team Leader

Key Focus
1. Provide daily support to the management team to uphold high standards in clinical service delivery to clients.
2. Manage appointed workers within the geographical areas served by Early Break.
3. Ensure all professional requirements are met by staff, including safeguarding, clinical supervision, case management, and accurate record-keeping on the Service database.
4. Assist the Senior Leadership Team in achieving service operational plan targets related to contracted work and service goals.
5. Understand and work within the theoretical model and person-centred ethos of Early Break.
6. Represent the Service at relevant local and national meetings.
