An exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant from an executive search background to support a Senior Consultant within the Healthcare practice of a highly regarded search firm.
You’ll act as a trusted right-hand business partner, providing high-level support across client management, project coordination, and operational delivery. This role suits a proactive, tech-savvy EA who enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide seamless diary and inbox management for the Senior Consultant
• Act as a key liaison for clients and candidates throughout the search process
• Prepare client materials, presentations, and reports with accuracy and professionalism
• Manage project administration, interview coordination, and database updates across ongoing mandates
• Organise travel, meetings, and events
• Proactively streamline administrative processes and implement tech-based efficiencies
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational delivery
About You
• Experience within executive search is essential — ideally supporting a Partner or Consultant
• Highly organised, adaptable, and confident managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, discreet, and commercially aware with a partnership mindset
