School Administrator Wanted
We are seeking an organised and efficient School Administrator to join our team. This is a vital role supporting the smooth running of the school office and providing administrative support to staff, students, and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the school office and acting as the first point of contact
Handling telephone and email enquiries
Maintaining accurate pupil records and databases
Supporting attendance monitoring and reporting
Assisting with admissions and enrolment processes
Preparing letters, reports, and general correspondence
Supporting staff with administrative tasks
What We're Looking For:
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Good IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
Attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
A friendly, professional, and approachable manner
