ReesonReeson Education is recruiting a motivated SEN Teaching Assistant for a welcoming primary school in Acton, starting in January. This role involves supporting a Key Stage 2 pupil with Autism, encouraging their confidence and progress in a supportive environment.
Pay: £86-£100 per day

Your Role:
Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with Autism
Assist in academic, emotional, and social development
Encourage positive learning attitudes and participation
Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and professionals
Monitor progress and support target setting
What We're Looking For:
Experience with SEN, particularly Autism (preferred)
Calm, patient, and adaptable approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for education
Team Teach training is an advantage but not essential
