The Role

We're seeking an experienced and forward-thinking
Paid Ads Specialist
to plan, execute, and scale high-performing campaigns across
Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube
.

This is a key role driving revenue and growth — every £1 spent in ads must generate multiple pounds in return.

You'll manage end-to-end paid strategies, build funnels for lead generation and upselling, optimise for ROI, and use
AI and automation tools
to improve targeting, creative, and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
* Build and test lead generation and upsell funnels that convert.
* Manage budgets effectively and deliver strong ROI.
* Implement A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
* Use
AI tools
to improve automation, creative production, and targeting.
* Analyse and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
* Stay ahead of
platform algorithm changes
and industry trends.
* Collaborate with social media, design, content, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.

What We're Looking For

* Proven track record managing and scaling paid campaigns (
Meta and Google essential
, LinkedIn/YouTube desirable).
* Strong understanding of
funnel building
and lead nurturing.
* Data-driven, with experience in ROI reporting and budget management.
* Confident using
AI tools
for creative production, targeting, and optimisation.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Ability to adapt to
changing platform algorithms
.
* Up-to-date with
digital marketing tools, trends, and innovations
.
* Results-focused mindset with the drive to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Desirable:

* Experience in the
education, training, or care
sectors.
* Knowledge of
GDPR and advertising compliance
.
* Familiarity with
marketing automation tools
(HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, ).
* Experience in a fast-growing SME or scale-up environment.
