The client is a man in his early 20s who has complex needs, including mobility issues and personal care, and wishes to continue to live a full active life. The successful candidate will have experience working with brain injury/complex needs and possess the softer skills of being a clear communicator with the motivation and ability to engage the client to build a solid, supporting relationship.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and engaging with the client's personalised routines, completing daily living activities including personal hygiene and mobility, administering medication and monitoring health conditions, providing emotional support and companionship, maintaining accurate records of care provided, and collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

Due to the client's support needs the successful candidate can be either male or female, will have some experience working with brain injury/complex needs and possess the softer skills of being a clear communicator with the motivation and ability to engage the client to build a solid, supporting relationship.
91 per hour weekdays, £17.82 per hour weekends
Hours: Up to 48 per week over four days (08:00-20:00 Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
