Job Description
Victim Support is seeking Service Delivery Volunteers to provide specialist support services for individuals affected by crime in Staffordshire. Last year, over 786,574 people received information and support from Victim Support. Volunteers will work with victims of antisocial behaviour (ASB), offering support, information, and signposting to partner agencies.
Location: St. John’s House, Weston Road, Stafford, ST16 3RZ
Expected Hours: 3 or more hours per week

Volunteer Responsibilities
* Support victims of antisocial behaviour, providing information and signposting to other agencies.
* Develop skills in working with vulnerable populations.
* Collaborate with other volunteers and staff as part of a team.
* Gain experience working with police, councils, housing, and social landlords.
* Participate in promotional events across Staffordshire, including Stoke-on-Trent.
Requirements
* Must be 18 years or older.
* Available to volunteer at least 3 hours per week for a minimum of 12 months.
* Complete a 10-week training program, including virtual days, workbook, and online modules.
* Undertake a DBS check and remain enrolled in the DBS update service.
* Provide two satisfactory references.
* Have an active email address for communication.
Expenses
Volunteers are entitled to reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses such as travel and lunch.
