Responsibilities
1. Complete detailed take-offs and measurements for compensation events and change valuations.
2. Maintain and update the Procurement Schedule, tracking lead times, risks, and commitments.
3. Produce and distribute the monthly two-month lookahead forecast, including expected commitments and value trends.
4. Support monthly payment applications, ensuring accurate Defined Cost substantiation.
5. Liaise closely with Procurement, Engineering, and Site Management teams to capture cost impacts and track site progress.
6. Provide accurate and timely inputs for CRFs and monthly commercial reporting.
About You
7. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within M&E projects with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
8. Strong understanding of commercial processes.
9. Excellent organisation and communication skills
10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
