We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated teaching assistant to join our community‑focused and supportive team at Lift Feversham, on a fixed term basis. We are open to applicants with experience within any key stage group.

Salary: NJC 3-4 £17,615 - £17,891 (Actual salary) £24,796 - £25,185 (FTE) plus well‑being cash plan, pension scheme (LGPS) and additional Lift Schools benefits
Hours: 31.5 per week, 38 weeks per year
Contract: Fixed Term
Start date: ASAP

* Support speech and language interventions.

* Motivation and enthusiasm
* Understanding of children's learning needs
* Phonic understanding
* The skills to help children develop independent learning skills
* Ability to deliver individual and small group targeted interventions
Eligibility and development note: This vacancy is not eligible for visa sponsorship. We require a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). If you don’t yet hold this qualification, we will invest in your development by enrolling you in our Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Programme to help you gain the necessary skills and experience. Apprentice wages may vary from the advertised rate; the minimum rate would be £12.60 (VLW).
