Role: Administrator \nLocation: Leigh \nType: Ongoing \nPay: £12.60 per hour\nHours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week \n \nOur client is looking for an Administrator to provide support to the back office for a busy Building Services company in the Leigh area. This is an ongoing, paying £12.60 per hour based on working Monday - Friday 37.50 hours per week.\n \nThe role will cover all general Helpdesk/Administrative tasks to include:\n- Daily operational support to team, linkage to finance, planning and customers \n- Some accounts administration and purchasing coordination \n- PPM and Maintenance scheduling / dealing with all engineers\n- Clerical support duties \n- All basic general administration duties to support a busy facilities office \n \nJob description: \nThe candidate will need a multi-role approach to the position as the work will cover a spectrum of office and support services.\n- Provide technical administration support, plan under pressure, and provide reports and job specs \n- Provide a cohesive and structured back-office system to support the engineering operations \n- Assist in the creation of new accounts and purchasing methods and the implementation of the systems \n- Contract Helpdesk Administration and all associated back-office support \n- Data entry and invoice coordination&...
