At Form Plants Ltd, plants are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for an exceptional Nursery Manager to lead our flagship nursery and help drive the next phase of our growth.

The Opportunity
You will take full responsibility for running our commercial nursery, ensuring it operates at the highest professional and horticultural standards.
From plant health and stock management to team leadership and compliance, you will oversee every aspect of nursery operations and continually push standards forward.
Your Responsibilities
* Leading, motivating and developing the nursery team
* Managing all day-to-day nursery operations
* Stock control and inventory planning
* Overseeing goods in/out and yard organisation
* Maintaining exceptional plant health standards
* Managing irrigation, feeding and spraying programmes
* Liaising with DEFRA and ensuring compliance
* Supporting the sales team where needed
* Ensuring the nursery remains efficient, organised and industry-leading
