We're proud to partner with some of the biggest names in aviation – and as our business continues to grow, we're looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing internal team in Luton.
This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where you'll be at the heart of sourcing talent, building relationships, and ensuring every candidate has a standout experience.
What's on offer
* £28,000–£30,000 per annum
* Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
* Location: Luton (with regular travel to Stansted Airport)
* 1 weekend shift every 8 weeks (with 2 weekdays off that week)

What you'll be doing
* Attract and engage candidates through a variety of recruitment channels
* Ensure all recruitment activity complies with CAA regulations and client standards
* Meet and exceed placement targets while supporting your team's overall success
* Guide candidates from first contact through to induction and beyond
* Build strong talent pipelines to meet client demand across multiple sites
* Partner with referencing and onboarding teams to deliver a seamless process
* Take the lead on assessments, e-learning and day-one check-ins
* Travel regularly to Stansted Airport to deliver recruitment and onboarding activity.
* Keep accurate records and recruitment systems up to date
* Maintain regular communication with placed candidates to support retention

* Previous recruitment or resourcing experience is preferred
