Primary activities Support the team in all aspects of the transformation, including the BAU to ensure client deliverables are met. On behalf of the leadership team, be a primary lead to implementing treasury transformation projects. (including testing, milestone oversight, documentation and KPI reporting) Ensure optimal usage of all new technology across treasury and client service teams Drive change as required and defined by the treasury management team Support coaching and training on all new processes Client relationship and internal communications Build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally to ensure a good reputation of the department at all times and supervise effective completion of the above activities and processes Respond to enquiries directed to the department Attend meetings as required to deliver project updates Design and deliver KPI reporting to internal and external stakeholders The ideal background for this role: University degree At least 7 years experience in a similar role Related industry experience an asset but at minimum experience leading shared services teams Competency in cash management systems Knowledge of accounting platforms would be an advantage
