Quality Assurance Lead – Electro-Mechanical Systems

They are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to drive QA and reliability across their electro-mechanical devices. Key Responsibilities
* Lead QA processes, inspections, and testing for electro-mechanical equipment.
* Oversee servicing, maintenance, and calibration of devices to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
* Identify, report, and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventative actions.
* Collaborate with engineering and service teams to improve technical procedures and device reliability.
* Maintain clear documentation of QA protocols, test results, and equipment performance.
* Communicate QA updates and recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders.
What You Will Need
* Proven QA or technical experience in biomedical, automotive, or manufacturing environments.
* Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems and testing processes.
* Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and mitigate risks.
* Leadership or project ownership experience, with the ability to coordinate across teams.
* Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
