About URUNN
URUNN is a new disruptor in the running space, co-founded by Mo Farah and Adam Clarke with The WithU Group as a co‑founding partner. It is on a mission to create the most personalised running app on the market and build a brand that becomes a household name.
As we grow, this is an exciting opportunity to join URUNN from the very beginning, playing a key role in building the identity of a new running app and capturing the moments that define our brand and community.
Role Overview
This role requires a unique hybrid: someone with raw visual talent to chase a runner with a camera and get the nitty‑gritty shots that play into authentic storytelling, as well as the technical discipline for studio multi‑cam setups.
Key Responsibilities
* High‑Octane Production: Execute studio and location‑based camera operation with a focus on “finding the shot.”
* Dynamic Capture: Solve creative filming challenges on the fly, including tracking runners while cycling, finding solutions to challenging audio environments, and working with tricky footage in edits.
* Technical Independence: Lead your own unit—prepping kit and managing shoot schedules, setting up lighting, audio, and multi‑cam studio environments independently.
* Talent Rapport: Build instant trust with our coaches and talent, making them feel at ease and motivated so their personality comes out in the content.
* Post‑Production & Delivery: Deliver polished, high‑end edits primarily within Adobe Premiere Pro, transitioning seamlessly between event capture, social clips, storytelling campaigns and workout content. Manage the lifecycle of a project from pre‑production through to final delivery, ensuring all assets meet quality standards.
Requirements & Experience
* The Eye: A strong portfolio demonstrating visual talent—motion and creative composition.
* The Mindset: A self‑starter who problem‑solves on the fly, finding workarounds before talent notices.
* The Skillset: Mastery of camera systems (Sony FX3, FX6 preferred but not essential), lighting for fitness (high‑contrast/dynamic), and clean audio capture.
* The Fitness Edge: Understanding of the fitness industry and how to frame a squat, sprint, or flow aspirationally.
* Photography Experience: Ability to shoot photos and video, with a grasp of both.
