This role will be based across both our Nottingham and London office locations.
We are seeking a strategic and visionary HR Director focused on Organisational Effectiveness to join our HR leadership team. This role will be responsible for leading organisation wide effectiveness through market leading design & development activity, diagnostics, frameworks and programmes. This role will play a critical part in shaping our organisations culture, driving employee engagement and ensuring organisational alignment with business goals through the delivery of best-in-class organisational design and development practices.
The ideal candidate is an experienced HR director who has led organisation wide design & development programmes in collaboration with people partnering teams. The Organisational Effectiveness Director will need to possess excellent stakeholder management skills and be comfortable with leading change in complex and changing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead organisational design assessments to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in alignment with business goals.
