Sharps Furniture Group, the UK’s leading provider of fitted furniture, is seeking a skilled showroom demonstrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in creating a seamless customer experience in our showroom.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their inquiries, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the product selection process.
* Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team, offering product knowledge and support to drive sales and meet targets.
* Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product range, staying updated with the latest trends in bedroom furniture.
* Showroom Presentation: Ensure that the showroom is well‑maintained, visually appealing, and representative of our brand image.
* Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as maintaining customer records, preparing reports, and handling documentation.
Requirements
* Previous Experience: Not necessary as full training is given.
* Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused approach to deliver exceptional service.
* Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines where required.
* Product Knowledge: A basic understanding of the furniture industry and a willingness to learn about our product offerings.
* Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication abilities to interact with customers and address their needs.
