About the Role You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement and increase market share. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will have the opportunity to shape and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audiences and elevate brand presence in the market. Key Responsibilities Ownership, development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote brand visibility and achieve business objectives. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling brand messaging and marketing collateral across various channels, including digital, print, and social media. Strategise, plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention and loyalty. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the market landscape. Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimise campaign performance. Manage the brand marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximise ROI. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including agencies, media outlets and industry influencers. Keep up to date with latest trends and best practices in brand marketing and recommend innovative strategies to keep our brands competitive Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. Proven experience in brand marketing, with a track record of successfully developing and executing marketing campaigns. Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate brand objectives into actionable marketing plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed marketing decisions. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics.
