We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Key Stage 3 Teacher to join a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) secondary school on a temporary basis.

About the Role:
* Teaching a range of subjects across KS3
* Supporting students with SEMH needs in a small class setting
* Working closely with a supportive team of staff, including teaching assistants and pastoral leads
* Delivering engaging, tailored lessons to meet the needs of individual learners
* Managing behaviour positively and consistently
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience working in SEMH, SEN or PRU settings (preferred but not essential)
* A patient, adaptable and nurturing approach
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* A passion for inclusive education and supporting vulnerable learners
