As part of our commitment to meaningful engagement, we’re introducing two new Activities & Wellbeing Facilitator roles — key positions that will help us shape the future of wellbeing at the heart of our home. What You’ll Be Doing: Creating and delivering inclusive, person-led activity programmes; Working closely with residents to co-produce events, projects, and experiences. Building relationships with local organisations to strengthen community involvement. Encouraging creativity, independence, and reablement through daily engagement. Supporting residents to pursue their interests, hobbies, and aspirations. Spreading positivity, laughter, and a sense of belonging What We’re Looking For: A warm, approachable personality with a can-do attitude. A passion for supporting older people to live full and vibrant lives. Creativity, enthusiasm, and the confidence to lead group and 1:1 activities. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A team player who values co-production and inclusive practice.
