Role primary purpose
1. As part of the FP&A team, produce high-quality analysis to support business decisioning.
2. Working with the business, ensure all assumptions that drive the analysis produced are fully underpinned.
3. Support the Head of FP&A with financial information requests as they arise, often to tight timelines.
Key accountabilities
4. Creatingplex financial models and forecasts.
5. Providing financial insights and modelling to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting that align topany strategy, including scenario analysis.
6. Working with key stakeholders, alongside analysing data trends to derive well-evidenced financial modelling assumptions.
7. Ongoing benefits tracking of strategic programmes.
8. Production of analysis to support investor and debt provider information requests.
9. Cost management: review and identifying efficiencies and opportunities for cost reductions across the business.
10. Supporting cashflow management and reporting.
11. Supporting acquisition due diligence and reporting.
12. Analyse financial data and market trends for the sector.
13. Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key outputs
14. Robust financial analysis that stands up to external scrutiny.
15. Excellent visual presentation of financial data with apanying narrative that brings it to life in a clear and easily digestible way.
Person specification
16. Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with at least 3+ years’ post-qualification experience.
17. Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.
18. Ability to simplifyingplex financial information succinctly for a broad range of stakeholders.
19. Excellentmunication skills, both written and verbal.
20. Highly organised, able to perform under pressure and at pace, while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
