11 Investments is a group of specialist recruitment businesses built by entrepreneurs working collaboratively towards one goal: partnering top talent with a diverse client base. We are formed of 8 brands (3Search, The Sales Recruitment Company, Tenzing Search, FinRox, NearTech Search, Tarka Talent, Edenity and FIFTEEN West) covering markets including sales, marketing, and consulting across the UK and US.

Responsibilities:
* Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates
* Consistently developing existing and new relationships with clients. Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
* Managing a full-cycle recruitment process
* Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results
* Managing complex negotiations
* Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets
* Positively promote the 11 brand in the market
* Act as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruiters.
* Supports manager with training, standing in when required, and driving initiatives and company values.
What are we looking for?
* Demonstrated success in delivering against individual and team revenue targets
* You have successfully worked as a 360 recruiter in an agency and have proven success
* Excellent communication skills and confidence in matching candidates/clients.
* Maintain high levels of motivation to achieve both personal and team developmental goals
* Someone who aspires to be a thought leader in their sector
* People with lots of ideas who also encourage others to share theirs
* People who give and ask for quality feedback
* People who follow up on feedback they receive
* Kind people who give credit to others for their contributions
