About the Role:
Lead multiple services, manage short-term assignments, handle crisis management, and engage in national travel and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead projects including service improvement, new service commissioning, and interim management.
* Manage within budget or seek approval for deviations.
* Serve as Registered Person to prevent regulatory action.
* Maintain person-centred documentation and mentor staff.
* Develop support plans and conduct quality visits.
* Manage stakeholder and family relationships, investigate complaints, and handle conduct issues.
* Ensure medication management compliance.
Finance and Business Development:
* Lead referral activities and assessments.
* Support team to meet budget through cost management.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
People Management:
* Support, recruit, and manage staff according to policies.
* Ensure sufficient staffing and training.
