Key Responsibilities: Deliver targeted interventions and support for SEMH students Assist in planning and delivering lessons under teacher guidance Provide 1:1 and small group support to students who find school difficult Help create a positive, structured, and nurturing learning environment Contribute to the wider life of the academy and their inclusive ethos What They are Looking For: HLTA status or equivalent experience A strong understanding of SEMH needs and inclusive education Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A calm, patient, and proactive approach A genuine passion for helping young people succeed Interested?
