Our client — a fast-growing, award-winning digital agency in the heart of London — is looking for a Paid Media Manager to join their talented team.
đź’Ľ The Role
As Paid Media Manager, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. You’ll be trusted to deliver exceptional ROI for a diverse portfolio of clients — from ambitious startups to global brands.
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
* Planning, launching, and optimising paid media campaigns across key platforms
* Analysing performance data and reporting on KPIs
* Managing client relationships and presenting campaign insights
* Staying ahead of industry trends and platform updates
* Collaborating with creative, content, and data teams
✅ What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years’ experience in a paid media role, ideally within an agency
* Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, and performance marketing best practices
* Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools (GA4, Looker Studio, etc.)
* Client-facing confidence and a proactive attitude
* Based in or able to commute to London (hybrid working available)
