The Year 3 Teacher will deliver engaging lessons that develop pupils’ conceptual understanding in reading, writing and mathematics, use assessment to set precise next steps, and lead small-group interventions where needed. The successful Year 3 Teacher will take part in induction activities prior to January 2026 and will be fully involved in planning and assessment cycles from the start of term. Person specification QTS and demonstrable experience teaching in Key Stage 2 with confidence in Year 3 practice.
