Role/Job Title: SuccessFactor Consultant Location & Work Details:UK / Ireland (Once in 3 Weeks) The Role As a Senior SAP ABAP HANA Technical Consultant, you will be in a strategic position, working on a high-impact project that supports a key utilities provider in Ireland. Your Responsibilities Full life cycle implementation of SAP SuccessFactors from Project Preparation to Go-Live. Demonstrate HR domain expertise, processes, technologies, and opportunities. Implement SAP SuccessFactors modules, including EC and Onboarding. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business cases, integration architecture, and roadmaps. Deep knowledge of Employee Central, Recruitment (Management, Marketing & Posting), and Onboarding 2.0. Plan and facilitate customer workshops. Lead discussions and presentations with customers. Perform Unit, Link, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Your Profile Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors. Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding 2.0. Led at least 4 full lifecycle implementations as R&O Lead Consultant. Completed at least 1 implementation for Onboarding 2.0. Experience working with global teams. Comprehensive experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, integration, and post-implementation support. Skilled in complex data migrations from legacy HR systems to SuccessFactors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder interaction. Knowledge of SAP standard testing practices; experience with HP Quality Centre is an advantage. Experience in all phases of SAP project lifecycle. Desirable Skills / Knowledge / Experience Experience with HP Quality Centre for test script management and defect resolution. Strong leadership qualities.
