This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading software and managed services business specialising in enforcement, payments, and debt recovery on behalf of local government and private sector clients; you’ll play a key role in optimising performance, improving customer outcomes, and driving efficiency through insight!
THE COMPANY
Our client provides technology-driven enforcement and recovery solutions that help local authorities and organisations recover funds fairly and effectively. Working within a fast-paced and data-rich environment, you’ll help shape decision-making across operations and finance, delivering insights that make a measurable difference
THE ROLE
As the Senior Insight Analyst, you will sit within a small but growing analytics team alongside specialists in reporting and consulting. You will provide clarity, recommendations, and measurable impact through data
You will:
* Analyse operational and customer data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and deliver insight that drives action
* Build engaging reports and dashboards (in Power BI) that tell the story behind the numbers
* Translate customer & financial data into clear narratives and recommendations for senior stakeholders
* Partner with operational leaders to refine KPIs, measure outcomes, and optimise performance
* Work closely with colleagues in BI and reporting to strengthen data quality and governance
* Present findings confidently to senior leaders, up to board level
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Strong SQL skills – you’ll be assessed on these during interview
* Strong stakeholder management and storytelling skills
* Commercial mindset and a proactive approach to problem solving
