This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong site management or caretaking experience who is available for a short-term placement and ready to make a positive impact.Role ResponsibilitiesAs the school Caretaker, you will be responsible for:
* Opening and/or closing the school site (depending on shift pattern)
* Ensuring the school grounds and buildings are clean, safe, and secure
* Carrying out basic repairs and maintenance
* Conducting regular health & safety checks
* Liaising with staff, contractors, and the wider site team
* Supporting with general facilities management tasks as required
Shift Options
* Split Shift: AM and PM
* PM-Only Shift: Available depending on preference
What You Will Need
* A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
* Previous experience in a caretaking, facilities, or site management role
* Reliability, initiative, and the ability to work independently
* Good practical skills and an understanding of health and safety standards
