Long-Term Teachers is currently working with a Primary School who is gaining new students in September and looking for an LSA to support with one pupil who has additional learning needs.
This Primary School in BS5 creates a strong culture of belonging with equality, diversity and inclusion at the heart. They seek to provide each child to engage in meaningful and rich learning experiences which promote the growth of children who will grow up to be active and responsible members of society.
The Role
This is a Full-Time position starting in September.
The Head Teacher is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant who knows the importance of inclusive learning and has knowledge of adapting resources to engage children in their learning.
You will be expected to:
* Hold high expectations for children's development.
* Have great experience in positive behaviour management.
* Communicate clearly with the Class Teacher when assessing children’s development
* Create a positive learning environment.
* Work collaboratively to support interventions.
Working with Long-term Teachers:
