Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000 + bonus

The role of the Estimator Facades will involve:
Estimator position dealing with cladding across a range of projects commercial and residential projects
Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements
Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required
Liaise with suppliers and manufactures to obtain competitive prices
Carrying out site surveys as and when required
Producing formal quotations to clients
Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator Facades with:
Must have estimating experience with cladding such as rainscreen and curtain walling
Ideally have experience across other parts of building envelope such as Glass Reinforced Concrete, Brickslips, Terracotta, Renders, Aluminium and High-Pressure Laminate (HPL)
Understanding of Bluebeam software package
High levels of organisation and excellent time management
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
