The role
– Sales Administrator
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy automotive environment—ideal for someone with dealership experience or an experienced administrator looking to break into the motor sector.
You’ll play a vital role supporting the Sales team, ensuring accurate processing of vehicle orders, sales documentation and customer records.
Duties will include
1. Process new vehicle orders with accurate specifications
2. Manage all sales administration for new and used vehicles
3. Prepare and check sales documentation to ensure full compliance
4. Vehicle invoicing and stock control
5. Taxing vehicles (new and used)
6. Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth vehicle handovers
7. Maintain accurate records and databases
Experience, competencies and knowledge required:
8. Previous experience in the motor sector preferred – not essential.
9. Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
10. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
11. Confident working in a fast-paced environment
12. Strong communication skills
