Hands-on Telesales Team Leader to motivate, coach, and elevate performance while delivering results. Main Duties: Interact with and motivate the Telesales team. Operate call coaching, call listening, second voice closing and sales training. Monitor productivity levels of Desk Sales / Telesales team, reporting daily to the Sales Manager any areas for improvement. Provide reports on coaching of staff on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis on metrics defined by Sales Operations. Managing of lunch & break rota to maintain cover across core business hours 09:00-17:30 Mon-Fri liaising with Sales Manager to manage FTE resources, holiday cover and phone coverage. Maintain individual performance files for each Telesales agent with weekly reports on Areas of concern, areas of excellence, additional coaching areas, attitude and standards. Assist Sales Manager to develop and execute sales booster days on a monthly basis to drive take-up and meet & exceed stated targets. Work alongside the Sales Manager to develop individual coaching and development plans for all sales team members. Enforce and maintain standards within the office, specifically but not limited to dress code, attendance and time keeping, personal phone usage and tidiness and behaviour standards.
