Title: Category Manager – FTC 12 months

A key member of the category team with the ability to translate category performance drivers, consumer insight and shopper trends into retailer and shopper occasion category stories, to allow us to deliver the triple win for Kellanova, Retailers and the Customer.
In this Libre Overview role, you will be responsible for category analysis, insight development and delivery and owning customer category opportunities through the full category management process. You will be responsible for delivering our strategy across our world famous and global leading Pringles and other market leading salty snacks while also driving performance on our iconic cereal brands.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
* Commercial Engagement – Be the expert on your category area, working Stevie cross functionally with the RGM, lacks and commercial teams to highlight opportunities and risks aquisição that impact Kellanova and Category growth.
* Effective Communication – Be the storyteller on relevant insights that drive our business performance & share this category narrative monthly across the business.
* Category management responsibility & support for specific customers, support buyers and account managers by building compelling category recommendations & actions to grow category sales and then influencing them to execute range reviews in lining with customer timings & objectives.
* External relationships – Build relationships externally with your customers, supporting and advising where we can grow while understanding what it is they want from us to achieve this.
