Role Overview
* Lead and inspire a team of care staff and nurses.
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all regulatory requirements.
* Manage budgets, staffing, and operational efficiency.
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
* Drive continuous improvement in care quality and resident satisfaction.
Requirements for the Nursing Home Manager
* Registered Nurse qualification (preferred but not always essential).
* Proven experience in a management role within a care or nursing home.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding practices.
