The Role
As an Assistant Manager in our Corporate Finance team, you will:
* Make a significant impact on clients and the firm, maintaining high standards of quality.
* Engage in the full client project lifecycle, from pitch to completion.
* Work with a diverse range of clients across various industries.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Take on additional responsibilities such as pitching for new work, recruitment, or managing team members.
* Develop your skills and support others' development, with guidance from your manager.
Candidate Profile
To be successful, you should have:
* Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, ICAS, CA, CIPFA, or CFA) with post-qualified experience.
* Experience in a professional services environment, advisory firm, or industry. Direct corporate finance experience is not mandatory.
Additional desirable skills include:
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Project management skills
* Numeracy and proficiency in MS Excel
* Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities
