Jackson Hogg is supporting a growing project engineering business in appointing a Purchasing Manager. The company delivers projects across the UK, Europe, and Asia, and is expanding its supply chain capabilities. We seek a dynamic procurement professional to join the team.
About the Role
This is a new position due to growth. As Purchasing Manager, you will join a collaborative team, focusing on operational and strategic procurement activities.
Your responsibilities include developing a best-in-class procurement function that sources goods and services on time, within budget, and to high standards. The role involves managing supplier relationships, identifying cost savings, and driving continuous improvement.
You will lead a small team, support high-value tenders, and contribute to business functions like project planning and financial forecasting.
What You’ll Bring
Proven procurement experience, ideally in heavy engineering or construction, managing end-to-end supply chains.
