💷 Pay Rates
1. Mon – Fri: £14.20 per hour
2. Sat – Sun: £16.00 per hour
3. Mileage paid £0.45p per mile

4. Day Shifts: 8:00/9:00 AM – 2:00/3:00 PM
5. Evening Shifts: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
6. Sleep-in Shifts: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM

🌟 Your Role as a Support Worker
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals live independently and enjoy fulfilling lives. You’ll provide person-centred support, enabling service users to develop skills, build confidence, and take part in their home and wider community life.

We are seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, and self-motivated individuals to provide temporary relief to primary caregivers. This role ensures clients continue receiving high-quality care, companionship, and daily support while their regular caregiver takes time to rest, recharge, or attend to personal matters.
About the Role
As a Respite Caregiver, you will step in to provide temporary care for individuals—typically older adults or people with disabilities—based on their personalized care plan. Your goal is to promote comfort, dignity, and well-being while supporting the client’s independence.
Key Responsibilities
12. Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting assistance)
13. Support with household tasks (meal preparation, light cleaning, laundry)
14. Administer or assist with medication as directed
15. Offer companionship and social interaction
16. Assist with mobility, exercise, and other daily activities
17. Follow the client’s individualized care plan to ensure continuity of support

Job Description
Working within the principles or person-centred support, enabling development and inclusion in their everyday lives within their home and wider community we require both full time and part time Support Workers/Carers.
We require dedicated Individuals to support adults with learning disabilities, autism and autistic spectrum disorders, complex needs, mental health issues and challenging behaviours in all aspects of their daily lives.
You will also be expected to support the service users with general household chores for example cooking and laundry and housework such as hoovering and dusting and personal care. (Assistance with bathing, toileting and feeding). No two days are the same in this role, you will have the opportunity to assist someone else broaden their horizons and experiences whilst doing the same for you.
Qualifications
We don’t require experience as full training is provided but we are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals who want to make a difference to the lives of the people we support, skills needed include:

29. Physical stamina and strength: May be required for tasks like lifting or assisting with mobility.
30. Problem-solving and critical thinking: Anticipating potential problems and making sound decisions in challenging situations.
31. Cultural competence and respect: Appreciating diversity and providing respectful care to individuals from all backgrounds.
32. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
