THE ROLE
This is a broad credit strategy position covering the full customer journey -acquisition through to collections, with a heavier focus on acquisition strategy in the near term. Expect meaningful ownership and variety:
* Implementing and refining credit and acquisition policies
* Portfolio deep-dives and performance monitoring
* Supporting loss forecasting and risk insight
* Exposure to scorecard/model development
* Leading your own workstreams plus side projects that genuinely move the dial
REQUIREMENTS
* Credit risk, lending, portfolio analytics, or similar
* Strong Python and SQL
* Background in secured or unsecured lending
* STEM degree
* Someone who wants to own strategy, influence decision-making, and grow quickly
