Responsibilities
* Taking full responsibility for food production and introducing innovative menu options.
* Designing balanced daily menus that meet customer expectations.
* Collaborating with the Regional Manager to exceed client and customer requirements.
* Managing all aspects of the catering operation, including financial performance (sales, GP, labour, and overheads).
* Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and HACCP standards.
* Leading, developing, and motivating the catering team.
* Meeting with clients and adapting services to meet evolving needs.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a similar food service management role.
* A creative and detail‑oriented approach to menu planning.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. HACCP, Culinary Arts, Professional Cookery).
* Strong leadership and team management experience.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Commercial awareness and strong problem‑solving abilities.
* Flexibility and a proactive, innovative mindset.
* Full DBS required (provided during onboarding).
* Driving licence required.
