About This Role
Just Eat is expanding its number of integrated partners, and we’re excited to grow our technical support team (JET Connect) to match this thrilling growth area. As a Tech Ops Supervisor: Partner Support at JET Connect, you will play a crucial role in triaging and troubleshooting support requests from our partners using our external APIs.
In this position, you will:
* Manage a small team of tech ops professionals dedicated to ensuring our partners' menus and orders are operational.
* Work on tickets and requests while also improving the existing triaging and ticketing processes.
* Embed best practices to allow the team to scale effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure clear and timely communication with our partners throughout the ticket lifecycle.
* Utilize your expertise to troubleshoot issues, diagnose problems, and escalate as necessary.
* Gather metrics and data on common support requests to enhance our customer FAQs.
* Implement best practices and process improvements for ticket handling and customer support.
* Collaborate with the Technical Support Team Lead to strategize on scaling and improving the team.
What Will You Bring to the Table?
We’re looking for a new Tech Ops Supervisor: Partner Support who has:
* Experience in Customer Service or Client Management, with a knack for clear communication.
* A background in managing Customer Services or Tech Ops teams.
* A self-starter attitude that encourages proactive change and improvements.
* The ability to build positive relationships with both internal and external partners.
* Experience in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed environment.
* A willingness to learn and understand new platforms and technologies.
Nice to Have
* Experience in SaaS companies, hospitality/payments, and APIs.
* Familiarity with Postman/PAW, YAML, and JSON technologies.
