Responsibilities: Cashflow Management & Modelling: Develop robust financial models to support strategic planning and scenario forecasting. Manage cashflow and liquidity planning, identifying risk and optimising working capital. Deliver actionable financial insights to leadership and the board. Fundraising & Corporate Financing: Lead financial modelling and analysis to support equity fundraising rounds. Prepare investor materials and financial insights for due diligence. Identify, evaluate and execute working capital mechanisms Financial governance of grants, government credits and share schemes ERP & Inventory Alignment: Align ERP data with financial models to ensure accurate cost tracking and unit economics. Monitor inventory and manufacturing data for operational and financial consistency. Drive automation and scalability in financial processes Accounting, Payables & Receivables, and Payroll: Oversee all accounting operations, including statutory accounts, audits, compliance, and tax. Manage payables and receivables processes to ensure accurate and timely execution. Handle payroll, pensions, and benefits, maintaining strong internal controls. Experience & Qualifications: Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent). 3 years in finance roles within high-growth or product-based businesses. Experienced in ERP systems, inventory management, and manufacturing finance. Experienced in financial modelling, cashflow analysis, and equity and debt financing.
