Job Title: Procurement Specialist
Salary & Benefits: £35,000 -£40,000 plus benefits
Sea Global are currently partnering with an exciting FMCG business who are passionate about bringing high-quality consumer products to millions of customers every day.
They are a true up and coming business in the FMCG industry, who employ hundreds of people locally.
Their commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction drives everything they do. They’re now looking for two results-driven Procurement Specialists to join our dynamic team and help them secure the materials and partnerships that keep their supply chain moving.
As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing raw materials, packaging, and services essential to our production processes. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver cost savings, quality improvements, and supply continuity, all while supporting our sustainability and innovation goals.
Role & Responsibilities
* Develop and manage supplier relationships to ensure performance, compliance, and cost-effectiveness
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to maximize value for the business
* Support strategic sourcing initiatives, market analysis, and supplier risk assessments
* Monitor and report procurement KPIs, savings, and supplier performance.
* Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and operations to support new product development
* Ensure procurement activities align with company policies and sustainability goals
Experience & Requirements
* 3+ years’ experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably within the FMCG sector
* Strong negotiation and analytical skills
* Proficiency in procurement or ERP systems, ideally SAP
* Solid understanding of sourcing, contracting, and supplier management
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
