The Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience include:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in account management or sales, preferably within manufacturing, construction, or related industries.
* Proven ability to manage client relationships professionally and effectively.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
* Proactive problem-solver with a positive, customer-first mindset.
* Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
